A few more photos
This morning I finally managed to do what I'd been promising myself for the last few weekends now and got out of bed and took the camera for a walk around selly oak/park.
Images have been dutifully uploaded and added to the B29 flickr map, including another Selly Park image for the collection.

Selly Oak train station
An interesting overview of the history of Selly Oak train station, situated off of Heeley Road in Selly Oak and the A38 Bristol Road.
The first station was originally built in 1876 but, as anyone who has used it will quickly realise, the station was entirely rebuilt in the late 1970s with the launch of Birmingham's cross-city rail service.
loose_grip_99 has some interesting photos from Selly Oak station from the mid 70s on Flickr.

For the complete guide there's the usual comprehensive page on Wikipedia including a link to the live departure board from Selly Oak station, courtesy of National Rail.
